What is the Knapman Family Guarantee?
The Knapman Family Guarantee is our commitment to you that our professional fees will remain fixed for a period of 12 months from our meeting . Whilst we cannot control every cost associated with your chosen funeral (such as the disbursements paid for cremation fees for example), we will do everything in our power to ensure that you have peace of mind in an increasingly expensive world.
Why choose the Knapman Family Guarantee?
At Knapman Family, we understand that everyone is different, with varying
circumstances. It allows you to arrange a bespoke funeral, offering you more choice
and flexibility, as well as being a more affordable option to funeral plans in the short
term, giving you peace of mind.
How does it work?
A funeral director will come out and see you in the comfort of your own home (you
are also more than welcome to come into the office) and have a discussion about the
type of funeral service you would like. From that discussion, we will send the details
as your guarantee. You can change the details within the arrangement at any time
and we guarantee the new price.
After 12 months, you can simply come back in to see us and renew the Guarantee.
What happens when I need to activate the guarantee?
Simply contact Knapman Family on 01752 603552 and the funeral director will talk
through the process. We are available 24 hours.
When do I pay?
Payment is the same as if you were arranging a funeral today. Your funeral director
will confirm the details in the arrangement after a meeting. You don’t need to pay a deposit and the payment is due 3 days before the funeral. If you have any questions, just contact Cassie or Marc and they will do everything they can to help.
